Medical camp at Pipra Done पिपरा डोन में चिकित्सा शिविर
Pipra Done is one of the most remote villages in West Champaran, Bihar. Reaching this community meant crossing dense forests and rivers without bridges, making access extremely difficult. Despite these challenges, we were welcomed by incredibly warm people whose smiles made the journey worthwhile.
During our visit, we saw 21 patients, many suffering from alcohol-related health issues and limited access to proper healthcare services. Along with medical consultations, we also provided health education and awareness to the community. It was a humbling experience that highlighted both the resilience of the people and the urgent need for better healthcare access in remote regions.
This visit reminded us that healthcare is not just about medicines and hospitals; it is about reaching people where they are, listening to their struggles, and building trust within communities. Even small efforts can create meaningful impact, and sometimes the most important thing we can do is listen to people and make them feel that their problems, struggles, and health concerns are real and worthy of attention.
पिपरा डोन पश्चिम चंपारण, बिहार के सबसे दूरस्थ गांवों में से एक है। इस समुदाय तक पहुँचने के लिए घने जंगलों और बिना पुल वाली नदियों को पार करना पड़ा, जिससे यहाँ तक पहुँचना बेहद कठिन था। इन चुनौतियों के बावजूद, यहाँ के लोगों ने हमारा गर्मजोशी से स्वागत किया, और उनकी मुस्कान ने इस यात्रा को सार्थक बना दिया।
हमारी यात्रा के दौरान हमने 21 मरीजों को देखा, जिनमें से कई शराब से जुड़ी स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं और सीमित स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं से जूझ रहे थे। चिकित्सा परामर्श के साथ-साथ हमने समुदाय को स्वास्थ्य शिक्षा और जागरूकता भी प्रदान की। यह अनुभव विनम्र करने वाला था, जिसने लोगों की परिस्थितियों और दूरदराज़ क्षेत्रों में बेहतर स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की आवश्यकता को सामने रखा।
इस यात्रा ने हमें याद दिलाया कि स्वास्थ्य सेवा केवल दवाइयों और अस्पतालों तक सीमित नहीं है; बल्कि यह लोगों तक उनके अपने स्थान पर पहुँचने, उनकी समस्याओं को सुनने और समुदाय के भीतर विश्वास बनाने के बारे में भी है। छोटे प्रयास भी बड़ा प्रभाव डाल सकते हैं, और कई बार सबसे महत्वपूर्ण बात यह होती है कि हम लोगों की बात सुनें और उन्हें यह महसूस कराएँ कि उनकी समस्याएँ, संघर्ष और स्वास्थ्य संबंधी चिंताएँ वास्तविक हैं और ध्यान दिए जाने योग्य हैं।

Medical Camp in Fulkaul फुलकोल में चिकित्सा शिविर
Fulkaul, a village located about 7 kilometers from Ramanagar, was the site of our recent health camp where we examined 29 patients. Most of them were suffering from chronic diseases that required a holistic and continuous approach to management. Although the camp was conducted in a nearby area, it highlighted the limitations in healthcare availability and accessibility even in places close to urban centers. This experience made us reflect on the challenges faced by people living in more remote and distant regions, where access to proper healthcare services is likely to be even more limited.
फुलकौल, जो रामनगर से लगभग 7 किलोमीटर दूर स्थित एक गाँव है, हमारे हाल ही में आयोजित स्वास्थ्य शिविर का स्थल था, जहाँ हमने 29 मरीजों की जाँच की। अधिकांश मरीज दीर्घकालिक (क्रॉनिक) बीमारियों से पीड़ित थे, जिनके प्रबंधन के लिए समग्र और निरंतर देखभाल की आवश्यकता थी। यद्यपि यह शिविर एक नजदीकी क्षेत्र में आयोजित किया गया था, फिर भी इसने यह स्पष्ट किया कि शहरी क्षेत्रों के पास स्थित गाँवों में भी स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं की उपलब्धता और पहुँच कितनी सीमित है। इस अनुभव ने हमें यह सोचने पर मजबूर किया कि दूर-दराज़ और अधिक दुर्गम क्षेत्रों में रहने वाले लोगों की स्थिति कितनी चुनौतीपूर्ण होगी, जहाँ उचित स्वास्थ्य सेवाओं तक पहुँच और भी अधिक सीमित हो सकती है।

Medical Camp in Dangrol डांग्रोल में चिकित्सा शिविर
We, along with our team, recently visited Dangrol in West Champaran, one of the remotest regions of India. During our visit, we organized a free medical clinic where we attended to approximately 21 patients, providing essential healthcare services to the local community. This initiative is part of our broader mission to bring accessible healthcare and education to underserved areas. We place a strong emphasis on both women’s and men’s health, with particular focus on women’s health, as social and environmental factors in such regions significantly impact their well-being.
हम अपनी टीम के साथ हाल ही में पश्चिम चंपारण के डांग्रोल गाँव गए, जो भारत के सबसे दूरस्थ क्षेत्रों में से एक है। इस यात्रा के दौरान, हमने एक निःशुल्क चिकित्सा शिविर आयोजित किया, जहाँ हमने लगभग 21 मरीजों का उपचार किया और स्थानीय समुदाय को आवश्यक स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ प्रदान कीं।
यह पहल हमारे व्यापक मिशन का हिस्सा है, जिसका उद्देश्य वंचित क्षेत्रों में सुलभ स्वास्थ्य सेवाएँ और शिक्षा पहुँचाना है। हम पुरुषों और महिलाओं दोनों के स्वास्थ्य पर विशेष ध्यान देते हैं, विशेषकर महिलाओं के स्वास्थ्य पर, क्योंकि ऐसे क्षेत्रों में सामाजिक और पर्यावरणीय कारक उनके स्वास्थ्य पर गहरा प्रभाव डालते हैं।

Medical camp in Dhumri धुमरी में चिकित्सा शिविर
On March 29, 2026, we conducted a medical camp in Dhumri, a rural area of West Champaran, where we attended to 23 patients. We assessed their health conditions, explained the illnesses they were experiencing, and guided them on the appropriate treatments. The camp served people from diverse backgrounds, with some patients speaking Bengali and others Bhojpuri.
Overall, it was a truly rewarding and memorable experience, as it allowed us to connect with people from diverse backgrounds, understand their health concerns, and contribute meaningfully to their well-being. The opportunity to serve in a rural setting, communicate across languages, and make even a small difference in patients’ lives made the entire experience deeply fulfilling and enriching.
29 मार्च 2026 को हमने पश्चिम चंपारण के एक ग्रामीण क्षेत्र धुमरी में एक मेडिकल कैंप आयोजित किया, जहाँ हमने 23 मरीजों की जाँच की। हमने उनकी स्वास्थ्य स्थितियों का आकलन किया, उन्हें उनकी बीमारियों के बारे में समझाया और उचित उपचार के लिए मार्गदर्शन दिया। इस कैंप में विभिन्न पृष्ठभूमि के लोग शामिल हुए, जिनमें कुछ मरीज बंगाली बोलते थे और कुछ भोजपुरी।
कुल मिलाकर, यह एक अत्यंत संतोषजनक और यादगार अनुभव रहा, क्योंकि इससे हमें विभिन्न पृष्ठभूमि के लोगों से जुड़ने, उनकी स्वास्थ्य संबंधी समस्याओं को समझने और उनके कल्याण में सार्थक योगदान देने का अवसर मिला। ग्रामीण क्षेत्र में सेवा करने, विभिन्न भाषाओं के माध्यम से संवाद करने और मरीजों के जीवन में छोटा ही सही, लेकिन सकारात्मक बदलाव लाने का अवसर इस पूरे अनुभव को गहराई से संतोषजनक और समृद्ध बनाने वाला रहा।

रामनगर में चिकित्सा शिविर
We actively take part in volunteer activities within our community to support and improve the local area.On February 2, 2026, we attended to a total of 22 patients. Our efforts were supported by local newspapers, Karan Kumar, the Pharmaceutical Association of Ramnagar, and WPWA Bettiah, through which we were able to provide free clinic services and distribute medicines.
हम अपने समुदाय के भीतर स्वैच्छिक गतिविधियों में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेते हैं, ताकि स्थानीय क्षेत्र का समर्थन और सुधार किया जा सके। 2 फरवरी 2026 को, हमने कुल 22 मरीजों की सेवा की। हमारे प्रयासों को स्थानीय समाचार पत्रों, करण कुमार, रामनगर फार्मास्यूटिकल एसोसिएशन और WPWA बेतिया का सहयोग प्राप्त हुआ, जिसके माध्यम से हम निःशुल्क क्लिनिक सेवाएँ प्रदान कर सके और दवाइयों का वितरण कर पाए।

We are deeply committed to our community, actively engaging in volunteer initiatives that support and enhance the local area.We provided care to a total of 25 patients.In collaboration with Swabhiman Seva Sangathan and the Drug Association of Ramnagar, we organized a free medical clinic at the college, providing care and medicines to those in need.
हम अपने समुदाय के प्रति गहराई से प्रतिबद्ध हैं और स्थानीय क्षेत्र के समर्थन व विकास के लिए स्वैच्छिक पहलों में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लेते हैं। हमने कुल 25 मरीजों को सेवाएँ प्रदान कीं। स्वाभिमान सेवा संगठन और रामनगर ड्रग एसोसिएशन के सहयोग से हमने कॉलेज में एक निःशुल्क चिकित्सा शिविर का आयोजन किया, जहाँ जरूरतमंदों को उपचार और दवाइयाँ उपलब्ध कराई गईं।
